The web site has useful information about assessment and the products and services of the AAC

This is the online newsletter of Grant Wiggins. It has information and resources on assessment and curriculum design.


BRITISH COLUMBIA MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
This web site provides the principles and policies on which classroom assessment is based in BC. There is excellent material on the site most notably the BC Performance Standards.


CENTER FOR ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
An excellent source for information about cheating and plagiarism and how to deal with them.


CESA 2
CESA 2 is an educational service agency in south-central Wisconsin. It provides links to ten excellent articles by Tom Guskey.

ESSINGTON SCHOOL ASSESSMENT RESOURCES
This is the web site of a small private school in Darwin, Australia. It provides links to a variety of interesting assessment and reporting resources.


ETS ASSESSMENT TRAINING INSTITUTE
The company that was started by Rick Stiggins. This web site provides information about the publications and professional development that they provide (including my "Repair Kit" book).


GRAND ISLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS
A school district in Nebraska that has worked very hard to develop a standards-based grading and reporting policy. The web site provides information on the principles and guidelines that they have developed. In the Quick Links section there are copies of presentations given by assistant superintendent Stephen Burkholder at the 2009 ASCD annual conference.

This site provides information about the assessment and evaluation of the curriculum in Manitoba. There is excellent material on the site most notably access to the "Rethinking Assessment" and "Communicating Student Learning" documents.


MIDDLEWEB: GRADING RESOURCES FOR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER
This site provides links to many sites about grading that are useful to all teachers not just those who teach at middle school.


MONTGOMERY COUNTY (MD) PUBLIC SCHOOLS
This school district has invested heavily in developing its grading policy and resources to go with it and much of it is on this site


ONTARIO MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
This site provides information about the assessment and evaluation of the curriculum in Ontario. There is excellent material on the site most notably a principles document, expanded format report cards K-12 and the achievement charts.


NATIONAL COUNCIL ON MEASUREMENT IN EDUCATION
The web site of the professional organization for those involved in assessment and measurement in schools k-16 and beyond.


QUESTIA GRADES AND GRADING
This site provides links to interesting research about grading particularly in post secondary settings.


REGINA PUBLIC SCHOOLS
A wide variety of assessment resources including many rubrics are posted on this Saskatchewan school district's web site.
